The problem

E-commerce sellers were stitching together disconnected tools to list, price, and advertise across marketplaces - with no single system to run it all or react to the market in real time.

Our approach

  • Architected a serverless, event-driven backend that reacts to marketplace notifications in real time.
  • Built a repricing engine with multiple strategies (Buy Box, sales velocity, cost floors) off live offer-change events.
  • Grew it into a product suite - listing, pricing, ads, scaling, channel expansion, and analytics.
  • Scaled the platform to power sellers across 10+ marketplaces from one control plane.
